Welsh Premier Duo join Cinderford

Cinderford Town have signed Welsh Premier duo Tom Billing and Dale Evans.

Ipswich-born Billing joined Haverfordwest County from Clevedon Town only in January for his third spell at the club. He made 14 (+3) appearances in his brief spell last season and previously played for the Bluebirds in the 1999/00 season, when he made just two substitute appearances and during his second spell in 2001/02, he scored once in 4 (+3) matches.

He has also played in the Welsh Premier League with Cwmbran Town and Aberystwyth Town and has had spells at Bridgend Town and Barry Town in the Welsh League.

Evans signed for Neath before the start of the 2007/08 Season and the midfielder featured in the League for Cwmbran Town the previous year, playing five games towards the end of the season. He has also played in the Welsh League for Croesyceiliog.

He made 27 (+7) appearances last season, but with Neath's recruitment drive over the summer, has has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Gnoll and moves on.
