Christopher Hat Trick not quite enough for County

In what looks to have been an exciting game at The New Bridge Meadow on Wednesday evening, the talented Jack Christopher looked to have secured a vital win for Haverfordwest.when he converted an 86th minute spot kick to give them a 3-2 lead over Prestatyn.

However, County's euphoria was short lived with Town being awarded a penalty in the third minute of added time which was duly dispatched by Mike Parker to make he and his sides long journey back to North Wales much more enjoyable. Paul O'Neill had given them a 28th minute lead, which was cancelled out two minutes later by Christopher's opener for County. He put the home side ahead just before the interval only to see it cancelled out by Prestatyn's Jon Fisher-Cooke after 72 minutes, to set up the last gasp drama, which really must have spoilt Haverforwest Manager, Derek Brazil's night.

At Plas Kynaston, bottom club Elements Cefn Druids got a rare point, when they held Airbus UK Broughton to a 1-1 draw. However, they must have been desperately disappointed not to win the game, with Craig Whitfield having given them a 26th minute lead, which they hung on to until the fifth minute of stoppage time when the evergreen Marc Lloyd Williams equalised to get the Wingmakers what could be a vital point.
