Hayes secures Nomads Shock Win

Mike Hayes stunned League leaders with the only goal of the game as TNS were beaten by GAP Connah's Quay at the Deeside Stadium.

The Chester-born striker, who joined the Nomads in August from Heswall capitalised on a rare mistake by Welsh International Steve Evans to fire passed Paul Harrison for what proved to be the winner on 69 minutes.

The introduction of new signing Chris Sharp two minutes after the goal along with Alex Darlington, was not enough as the Saints were beaten for just the second time this season.

Port Talbot Town 1-0 Haverfordwest County

A solitary goal from striker Martin Rose was enough for Port Talbot Town to claim their first win over Haverfordwest in six attempts. The striker struck on 63 minutes to claim all three points for the Steelmen.
