Neath FC 1-1 Elements Cefn Druids
On-loan striker Craig Whitfield gave the Druids a shock lead on 56 minutes but defender Ian Hillier got the equaliser with sixteen minutes to play. The point will be a welcomed one on the road for the Druids, but Andy Dyer will not be pleased with the dropped points at home against the strugglers.
Newtown AFC 0-0 Carmarthen Town
It was a goalless stalemate at Latham Park, which would have pleased neither side who are both in search of victories to climb up the table. Newtown striker Paul Roberts, making his debut after his switch from Porthmadog, had the Robins' best chance when his header was saved by visiting 'keeper Neil Thomas, while Damien Daniels also nodded over late on. At the other end, Carmarthen struggled to create any clear chances
Technogroup Welshpool 1-3 Haverfordwest County
Midfielder Jamie Bradford fired Haverfordwest into the lead at Maesydre on 23 minutes. County doubled their advantage after the break on 52 minutes through teenage striker Steffan Williams and the same man scored his brace on 63 minutes. He netted his first from close range as the ball fell loose, before making the points safe with a shot eleven minutes later. Haverfordwest had chances to have increased their lead but were denied by debutant 'keeper Dave Maguire, who pulled off a couple of excellent stops after arriving at the Lilywhites from Powys rivals Newtown.
Welshpool, containing several rookies in their side, continued to battle hard and bagged a consolation four minutes from time when George Hughes lashed the ball into the net.
