Aber sign Caersws Stalwart Evans

Wales Semi-Professional striker Graham Evans has signed for Mid Wales rivals Aberystwyth Town. The ex-Caersws stalwart is the first signing for Brian Coyne in the close season and the hot-shot's arrival at Park Avenue is sure to excite the loyal Seasiders' fans.

Graham, 28 was twice the winner of the Welsh Premier Golden Boot award whilst at Caersws and is the record Cap holder and goalscorer for the Wales Semi Professional side. He is also a former Wales Schools International and was with Aston Villa as a youngster.

Graham is very well known in the League and he has featured predominatley for his home town Caersws, where until the last season he always played under Father and Manager Micky Evans. He boasts 146 Welsh Premier goals to date for the Bluebirds and TNS, with whom he had a short spell in 2005/06 after playing the majority of the season at Hereford Utd.

Last season Graham gave Caersws the lead against Aber' at Park Avenue before Geraint Passmore hit back with two goals to give the Black and Green victory, and he will face his former colleagues on Friday 19th September when the two sides clash in the League.
