Talented Trio commit to the Seasiders
Aberystwyth Town Assistant Manager Martyn Griffths has informed the club's website that three of their most talented players have committed to the club for next season.

Attacking midfielder Luke Sherbon, Goalkeeper Dave Jones and winger Geoff Kellaway all signed new deals with the Seasiders yesterday afternoon.
The highly rated Sherbon (pictured) scored 12 Welsh Premier Goals last season and was also named the Principality Player of the Month for November 2007. The 22 year-old has been one of the star players at Park Avenue since joining the club over three years ago. The Birmingham born player first appeared in the Welsh Premier with Barry Town during their 'troubled days', but still managed to impress in a poor team. He re-signed for Aber after appearing for them as a Youth team player and the former Leeds and Man Utd trialist, has flourished ever since. This news will delight Aber fans as he was linked with a move away to a Professional club in the close season.
'Keeper Dave Jones only joined Aber last season from Newtown, but has managed to successfully claim the Number 1 shirt from Richard Morgan, with some impressive performances between the sticks in his 20 appearances. Geoff Kellaway made 26 starting appearances scoring 7 times throughout the 2007/08 season, including a memorable hat-trick against Porthmadog in the 6-2 victory at Y-Traeth. He is an exciting prospect for the club and should be looking forward to an excellent season if he can remain injury-free.
