Aberystwyth Town v Port Talbot Town

Aberystwyth Town have been handed some more good news in advance of Friday night's Corbettsports Welsh Premier League match at home to Port Talbot Town, as Sion James came through training fully fit, and suspended Chris Venables also returns to the squad.

Sion was taken off as a precaution at Park Hall last Friday with a tight hamstring, but the injury has now cleared and he will be available for selection in two days time. Town top scorer Chris Venables' presence was missed in central midfield last week, as he sat out a suspension for five yellow cards, and his return will be another significant boost to Manager Ian Hughes.

Visitors Port Talbot's disappointing form has improved of late, with a win and two draws from their last five games, and they have a very experienced and talented squad, but with Aber enjoying the third best home form in the Welsh Premier League at Fortress Park Avenue, they will be confident of a putting on a very positive performance to boost their Top Six pretentions.

Aber's bid to turn Black Friday into Black and Green Friday kicks off at 7.30pm.
