Chris Mason has joined Bala Town

Bala Town have announced that Chris Mason has returned to the club, subject to international clearance.

Chris who hails from Blackburn, was with the Lakesiders for the 2010/11 and 11/12 season and left to join Guiseley and has then appeared for Clitheroe. The 22 year old, who will wear the number 24 shirt, was on trial at Rhyl at the start of the season, but didn't sign for Greg Strong's side.

Town have also announced that three local players have signed for the club.

Mark Jones who is born and bred in Bala has come through the ranks in the academy is the first to commit to the Lakesiders. The 16 year old is a defender and is strong at the back.

The 21 year old Adam Eden spent last season on loan at Buckley Town from parent club Airbus. The left-footed midfielder made ten appearances scoring twice for The Stags. Eden played for the Lakesiders during preseason and is from Nantglyn.

Wrexham-born Alex Edwards is the third player to sign for Town. The 17-year old from the Vale of Clwyd has played for North West Wales Football Association, Marchwiel Youth FC and Ruthin Youth.
