Aberystwyth 2 The New Saints (Y Seintiau Newydd) 2
Two goals in the last 8 minutes secured an unlikely point for undefeated Aberystwyth. The New Saints seemed to be coasting to victory thanks to Chris Jones’ excellent run and strike half way through the second half and Alex Darlington’s coolly slotted penalty 2 minutes later. Geoff Kellaway gave the home side some hope with 8 minutes remaining and Cledan Davies’ injury time effort sent the Park Avenue faithful home happy.

Bangor 0 Prestatyn 1
Mike Parker’s 50th minute header took Prestatyn to the top of the League and consigned Bangor to their second home defeat of the week.
The majority of the crowd of 701 were disappointed to see more than one Bangor effort cleared off the line during the second period – but the Citizens couldn’t beat the impressive Dave Roberts in the Seasiders’ net. A perfect Prestatyn start to the season.

Carmarthen (Caerfyrddin) 3 Port Talbot 1
Liam Thomas’s second brace of the week guided Carmarthen to their second Corbett Sports WPL victory in 5 days. Two goals in the opening 6 minutes set the game at Richmond Park alight. Liam Thomas netted his 3rd of the season in the 4th minute after a smart turn and finish – but 2 minutes later an untidy own-goal credited to Craig Hanford registered the Steelmen’s 1st goal of the season. Liam Thomas was the star of the show and he bagged his 4th of the season with a powerful near post effort just before the hour mark.When Rhys Griffiths failed to take advantage of a golden opportunity for the visitors, the travelling fans probably guessed that it wasn’t to be their night. Christian Doidge’s 88th minute goal rubbed further salt into Port Talbot’s wounds.

Gap Connah’s Quay (Gap Cei Connah) 2 Bala 1
Mark Smyth’s first League goal for the Nomads came in injury time at the Deeside Stadium and secured their first victory of the season. Following two goal-less matches in the opening week, Gap Connah’s Quay scored their first goal of the campaign after 12 minutes as Ricky Evans found the Bala Town net but 5 minutes before the break Kieran Smith restored parity for the Lakesiders. However Smyth’s late intervention bagged the points for Gap and left Bala defeated for the third time this season.
Mark Smyth oedd arwr Cei Connah wrth iddo ennill y gêm yn yr eiliadau olaf gyda’i gôl gynghrair gyntaf dros ei glwb newydd.Wedi dwy gêm ddi-sgôr – llwyddodd Gap i ganfod rhwyd Y Bala wedi 12 munud diolch i Ricky Evans cyn i'r Bala ddod yn gyfartal gyda 5 munud o’r hanner cyntaf ar ôl wrth i Kieran Smith achub ar ei gyfle. Serch hynny – ymdrech hwyr Smyth hawliodd y triphwynt i Gap oedd hefyd yn golygu bod Y Bala wedi colli eu tair gornest o’r tymor hyd yma.

Rhyl 0 Newtown (Y Drenewydd ) 1
Luke Boundford’s header in first time injury team registered the Robins’ first goal of the new season and was enough to secure their first points of the campaign as well. This was Rhyl’s second home defeat at the Corbett Sports Stadium.
