Jason Price, who starred for Welsh Cup winners Prestatyn Town in the League last season, has signed for Evo-Stik League Division One North club Ossett Town, pending International clearance.

Welshman Price, who scored twice in the Seasiders' greatest triumph against Bangor City at the Racecourse in May's Welsh Cup Final was a notable absentee in Town's Europa League squad, with new signing Lee Hunt wearing his number 10 shirt.

Price was an important player for Town last season, striking up a great partnership with Andy Parkinson and he bagged 11 goals from 28 Welsh Premier League appearances. Price also scooped the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League Player of the Month for August/September 2012.

Before his season stint at Bastion Gardens, Price played for a number of Football League clubs over the years, most notably his successful spells at Hull City and Doncaster Rovers.

The striker originally from Aberdare in South Wales, scored on his Ossett debut on Tuesday away at Pontefract.

Mae Jason Price wedi gadael Prestatyn ac wedi ymuno gydag Ossett o adran gyntaf cynghrair gogleddol Evo-Stik.
