Adams joins Port Talbot Coaching Staff

Recently appointed Port Talbot Town first-team coach David Adams has told the official club website that he is delighted to have joined Scott Young’s backroom team.

"I am pleased to have been approached by Scott Young and Port Talbot Town to become part of the management team," he said.

Adams, a widely respected figure within Welsh football coaching circles, started his post last month and believes his expertise will complement the good work already being down by the current coaching staff.

"I hope with my experience working with National Teams and delivering elite level coach education programmes, together with holding the UEFA Professional coaching licence that I will add to the excellent work currently being undertaken at this club.

"My role will involve undertaking training sessions, analysis of the opposition and support on match days and I am looking forward to working with Port Talbot Town players and with the club," he added.

The club are delighted to have David on board and would like to give him a warm welcome to Port Talbot Town
