Duo arrive at Maes Tegid

Bala Town have announed two new signings in what has been a relatively quiet transfer window for the club.

"Today we are delighted to announce that 25 year old shot stopper Michael Platt has joined Bala Town's ranks.

"Platt (pictured) joins the Lakesiders from Penycae where he has spent one and a half seasons and was also named in last season´s Huws Gray Alliance Team of the Year.

"The 6ft 3 keeper has also appeared for Gresford Athletic, Caernarfon Town and Llay Welfare. He will wear the number 30 shirt."

Also joining the Lakesiders is Edwin Renaud. The Liverpool-born midfielder arrived from Quarry Bank Old Boys from the Liverpool County Premier League. He will wear the number 14 shirt.
