Aberystwyth Town look to keep alive their slim hope of a top 6 finish as they entertain Airbus UK Broughton on Saturday.

Last weekend saw a magnificent performance from the Black and Greens, as they won 4-1 against title chasing Prestatyn Town, with home debutant Mark Jones bagging a hatrick, as well as top scorer Jordan Follows getting on the scoresheet, giving Aberystwyth, although currently still in 11th place, an outside chance of finishing in the top 6 with two wins.

While Aberystwyth Town haven’t signed any players in the last week, Glyndwr Hughes looks set to be back available, while in form Gavin Cadwallader returns from his suspension to boost the ranks of the Seasiders and give Tomi Morgan a selection dilemma. Young players Liam James, Rhydian Davies and Christy Gale all look set to continue from the bench, after taking part in Aber Youth’s 5-0 win over Airbus UK Youth last Sunday.

Airbus UK Broughton have signed midfielder Luke McCarthy from League One outfit Bury and he will go straight into Andy Preece's squad for the match. The 19-year-old, who previously played for Manchester City as a youth, made his debut for the Shakers on the final day of the club 2010/11 season coming on as a substitute against Stevenage Borough. Winger Reynaldo Carbon has also joined from Evo Stik Southern League outfit Northwood FC and he will be hoping to be named in the squad.

Loanee 'keeper Jamie Stephens from Liverpool will make his belated debut in the Airbus goal.

Fans are encouraged to buy a match programme at Park Avenue and then travel to Newtown for theWORD CUP final where showing the programme will get half price admission.
