Mark Jones and Carl Darlington have scooped the Awards

Despite propping up the other eleven teams in the division - Afan Lido Captain Mark Jones gained the most votes from his opponents during December to earn him the award.

After failing to win a match for three months – Jones led his side through example as they won two games, drew another and then lost their final two matches of the year. Jones himself scored in three of the five games before being transferred to Aberystwyth Town on the opening day of 2013.

Corbett Sports WPL Manager of the Month – December

Although The New Saints only played three games in December – they won all of them. The only team in the League to secure a 100% record during the final month of 2012.

The successes against Port Talbot, Gap Connah’s Quay and Bala secured the Manager of the Month award for Carl Darlington for the first time this season.

Chwaraewr y Mis – Rhagfyr

Er mai Lido Afan oedd ar waelod y tabl drwy gydol y mis – o dan arweiniad Mark Jones – fe enillon nhw eu gêm gyntaf ers tri mis a sicrhau dwy fuddugoliaeth, un gêm gyfartal a dwy golled yn ystod Rhagfyr.
Arweiniodd Jones drwy esiampl drwy sgorio mewn tair o’r gemau cyn gadael Lido am Aberystwyth ddechrau Ionawr. Mark Jones oedd enillydd clir y bleidlais ymysg ei wrthwynebwyr yn ystod mis Rhagfyr.

Rheolwr y Mis – Rhagfyr

Er mai dim ond deirgwaith y chwaraeodd Y Seintiau Newydd ym mis Rhagfyr – fe enillon nhw bob gêm a hynny’n erbyn Port Talbot, Gap Cei Connah a’r Bala. Y Pencampwyr oedd yr unig dîm i sicrhau record 100% yn ystod mis olaf 2012. Llongyfarchiadau felly i Carl Darlington am ennill wobr am y tro cyntaf y tymor yma.
