Following their 6-1 home defeat to Gap Connah's Quay on Sunday, Reds manager Andy Legg confirmed that he'd offered his resignation to club Chairman Nitin Parekh.

He is awaiting a reply from Mr Parekh.

Legg has however offered to do all that he can to help Llanelli in the future.

He told the WPL Official Website;

"Things have been difficult here over the past few months but I still love this club and won't be turning my back on Llanelli if I can help in any way.

The players have been magnificent and I thank them for their support".
