2009/2010 Clubs

There are eight clubs in the Welsh Premier Women's Football League in 2009/10. These are split into two Conferences of four teams on a North/South basis.

The competing teams are;

NORTHERN CONFERENCE
* Aberystwyth Town Ladies
* Caernarfon Town Ladies
* Llanidloes Ladies
* Wrexham Ladies

SOUTHERN CONFERENCE
* Swansea City Ladies
* UWIC Ladies
* Manobier Ladies
* Newcastle Emlyn Ladies
