His previous clubs include Rhyl for whom he scored 13 goals in 2008-09, Aberystwyth Town bagging 14 goals in 2008, Tamworth, Wrexham, Glentoran and Colwyn Bay.

Phil Richards, Manager of Principality Building Society in Aberystwyth said: "Our warmest congratulations to Luke Sherbon. This is the second time he has won the Principality Player of the month award in the last three seasons. His performance has been outstanding and he is a well-deserved winner.

The Principality Welsh Premier League Player of the Month for November 2009 is Paul Smith of Bangor City.

Although his club have not had the best of seasons so far, Bangor 'keeper Paul has performed exceptionally well and polled the most votes for the award over November. He has had to be at his best as the outfield players struggled to find form and consistency for the Citizens so far this campaign.

Smith followed his Manager, Nev Powell, together with Marc Limbert and several other players by joining Bangor City from Connah's Quay Nomads in the 2007 close season. Paul was a Youth player with Connah's Quay but first signed for Rhyl in January 2002 as a back-up 'keeper. He had stints at TNS, Flint Town United and Colwyn Bay but returned to Rhyl as first-choice for the treble-winning season and played in the Champions League for the Lilywhites. He has been first choice at Bangor since his switch and has won two Welsh Cup Winners Medals and played in Europe twice for the club.

The Principality Welsh Premier League Player of the Month for October is Port Talbot Town's centre-back Lee Surman. The commanding centre-half has once again been a rock at the heart of the Port Talbot defence, which has helped Mark Jones' side climb up the League table. Surman gained Man of the Match awards in two matches during the month.

It should be a double celebration for the Wales Semi-Pro captain this week, as the ex-Swansea City stopper is expected to be named in the Wales Semi Professional squad to face Northern Ireland later this month.

Jodie Moxham, Manager of Principality Building Society in Port Talbot, said; "Congratulations to Lee Surman, whose performances this month have been outstanding and included the vital equalizing goal against Prestatyn.

Principality Welsh Premier Player of the Month - August/September 2009
Airbus UK Broughton striker Marc Lloyd Williams has capped a tremendous first six weeks with the Wingmakers by gaining the first Principality Welsh Premier League Player of the Month Award of the Season.

The League's greatest ever scorer has bagged goals everywhere he has played in his illustrious League career, and that has continued as the Wingmaker has got off to a flyer at the Airfield. He joined the club from Porthmadog in July 2009 and netted both goals on debut in a 2-2 draw at Llanelli. He then scored against former clubs Rhyl and TNS in his next two League games and scored the second in the 3-1 home win over Haverfordwest County. His predatory strike in injury time in his sides' 3-0 win at Aberystwyth Town in his next game and the solitary effort in their 2-1 defeat against Welshpool the following week, meant that 'Jiws' had scored seven goals in his first six League matches of the season and for that is a deserved winner of the Principality Award.

Mark Roberts, Principality Building Society's Regional Sales Manger for North Wales commented, "Some of the North Wales based teams in the Principality Welsh Premier League have had a great start to the season. Player of the Month and goal dynamo Marc Lloyd Williams of Airbus UK heads up the top scorers list and is another deserving winner of our monthly award. We wish Airbus a great season and look forward to seeing more of these awards head to North Wales."
