Neil Carroll

Liverpudlian Neil Carroll joined Caernarfon Town from Chester City in July 2008. He was signed by Canaries boss David Rowe and will be looking to gain first team experience at the Oval after featuring at Youth level and once for the First Team at the Deva Stadium club.

The midfielder was added to the Chester First Team squad in 2007/08 season after several years at the club as part of the youth set-up. He made his Football League debut for Chester, under Bobby Williamson, in a 2-1 win at Macclesfield Town on September 29, 2007, starting the game in midfield, but this was his only appearance for the team.

Carroll joined Leigh RMI on loan in 2008, where he was managed by former Bangor City Manager Steve Bleasdale.

In January 2009 he was linked with a move to APOP Kinyras Pegias FC from Cyprus but this fell through and he continued to play for the Cofis.
